GBSA is a non-profit organization committed to helping older adults, children and families with helpful resources, food insecurities and nutrition barriers. We are a community partner, building bridges across generations while forming alliances for the greater good. GBSA was formed to combat hunger and be a catalyst on the front lines of positive change in everyday lives. We recognize that hunger is a real problem in the United States. Over 9 million seniors are at risk of hunger and it's haunting to know 1 in 7 children live in food insecure homes. Together we can reduce those numbers by expanding our reach and opening our hearts to make an impact on the lives of those less fortunate.
